MEXICAN BURGERS

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
4 slices pepper-Jack cheese

In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, salsa, and bread crumbs; mix well. Make 4 equal-sized patties. Heat a grill pan or barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Grill the burgers for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Top each burger with a slice of cheese, place on the buns, and serve. Serves 4
