CHOCOLATE TOFFEE GRAHAMS - Easy

11 whole graham crackers, broken into squares
1 cup sugar and butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
6 oz chocolate chip mini morsels

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a jelly roll pan. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and pecans. Pour mixture over graham crackers, spreading evenly to edge of pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Cool for 5 minutes.

Separate cookies and transfer to waxed paper-lined cookie sheets, using a spatula. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
