GREACIAN GRILLED TURKEY BREASTS

Category: Poultry I

1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless turkey breasts, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp dried rosemary and oregano
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
Dash garlic powder and black pepper

Combine in a zip lock baggie all ingredients adding turkey last. Turn to coat all sides. Refrigerate overnight. Remove the turkey from the fridge, pat dry with paper towels. Discard remaining marinade.

Prepare grill for direct cooking method. Place turkey on the hot grid over medium coals. Cook 8-10 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Remove form grill and let stand 10 minutes prior to cutting.
