* DOUBLE ORANGE REFRIGERATOR CAKE*

1 pkg orange cake mix
1 (4 serving) pkg orange gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
Topping
1 (8 oz) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (4 serving) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
2/3 cup water
Garnish: Additional mandarin orange segments
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare and bake cake according to pkg directions in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Cool 25 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Set aside at room temperature. Stir occasionally. Poke holes in warm cake with a long-tined fork. Pour gelatin mixture slowly over cake. Refrigerate.
Topping: Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until ingredients are well blended, crushing oranges slightly. Spread topping over cake, after gelatin mixture has been put on and cake has been refrigerated. Garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
