RIB SAUCE

Category: BBQ Mops and Finishing Sauces

2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder and celery seed
1/2 tsp salt, ground turmeric and seasoning salt
2 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cups packed brown sugar and ketchup
1/8 tsp mustard powder.

Mix together in a saucepan and simmer until thickened; stirring occasionally.
