1 lb ground beef
2 cups shredded cheese
1 sheet puff pastry
Extras: sauteed onions, cooked diced potatoes, mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef in a skillet. Add veggies (optional). Roll out pastry sheet. Cool beef. Spread meat and veggies out onto the pastry top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Roll up pastry and pinch at the seams. Bake until brown.
