ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CRAB

1 lb uncooked angel hair pasta
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup olive oil (do not reduce the amount of oil and butter or the pasta will be dry)
1 to 2 cup green onions, chopped
3 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed chili flakes (optional or adjust to taste)
2 medium ripe red tomatoes, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 lb cooked flaked crab meat
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley, or to taste
Have the water boiling for the pasta then start the sauce.
Heat the butter with oil over medium-high heat. Add in the green onion and tomatoes; cook until soft. Add in garlic and chili flakes; cook stirring for 2 minutes. Add wine and simmer 2 minutes. Add lemon and crab toss to heat through.
Cook the pasta until just al dente; drain the toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with grated Parmesan on the side. Serves 4
