BOURBON MUSTARD GLAZE FOR HAM

1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 cups bourbon

During the last 45 minutes of cooking the ham, mix ingredients together and spread mixture evenly over the upper surface of the ham. Use all of the mixture and baste the ham about every 10 minutes.
