SHRIMP ANGEL HAIR WITH LEMON CAPER CREAM SAUCE

8 oz Angel Hair Pasta
1 lb Shrimp
2 cups Heavy Cream
2 oz White Wine
2 Lemons, juiced
2 tbsp Capers
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
2 oz Olive Oil
White Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Heat oil in saute pan. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Add wine and lemon juice; cook until reduced by half. Add cream; cook for 2 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens. Season sauce with salt, white pepper and parsley. In separate pot, cook pasta as directed. Drain and toss pasta in sauce; coat well and serve. Serves 4
