MEXICAN STUFFED SHELLS

2 lb ground beef
2 envelopes taco seasoning
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 box jumbo pasta shells
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 cup taco sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
In skillet, cook beef till done. Ad taco seasoning & stir until blended. Add cream cheese, cover & simmer for 5 minutes or until melted. Transfer to a bowl & chill for 1 hour. Cook pasta according to directions on box; drain. Add 1 cup cheddar & 1 cup jack cheese to beef mixture. Fill shells with mixture. Pour 1/2 remaining salsa & taco sauce onto bottom of an 8x12 baking pan. Place shells in pan.
Cover with remaining salsa & sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at 400. Remove from oven & top with remaining cheese & tortilla chips. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream & green onion garnish.
