INSIDE-OUT RAVIOLI

1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg and pepper
1 (12 oz) bag wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add beef and cook until beef crumbled and browned; drain. Season with seasonings. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce; simmer for 10 minutes. Add bread crumbs, cheddar cheese and eggs. Add cooked noodles and mix well.

In a greased 13x9 inch pan, add half pasta mixture. Top with half meat mixture. Repeat layers. Cover pan with foil and bake in at 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and spread mozzarella cheese over the top; return to the oven for 10 minutes.
