1 (8 oz) pkg macaroni, cooked as pkg directions
1 (10 oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup coarse bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole dish. When pasta is done, reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain pasta. Transfer to baking dish. Add pasta sauce, 2 cups cheese and reserved pasta water, and stir until ingredients are combined. Scatter remaining cheese over top. In a small bowl, toss olive oil and bread crumbs. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bread crumbs are lightly browned. Note: Add INS: 1) Stir in 1 cup chopped ham with 1/2 cup frozen peas or chopped broccoli. 2) Stir in 1/2 cup drained and flaked tuna plus 1 tsp drained capers. 3) Stir in 1/2 cup sauteed shrimp and dash of Cajun seasoning.
