CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA

16 oz pkg penne pasta
1 tbsp butter
6 chicken breast halves, cubed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz bottle Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
Croutons
Parmesan Cheese Curls, for garnish

Cook pasta. Drain. In a large skillet, melt butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, mix together salad dressing, vinegar and parmesan cheese. Toss dressing with chicken, lettuce, and pasta. Place in large serving bowl and sprinkle with tomato. Garnish with croutons and parmesan cheese curls. Serves 8
