FINGER LIKIN PICKEN SAUCE

2 cups ketchup
2 tsp A-1 steak sauce
1 tsp whole celery seed, salt and Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp garlic powder and sage
1 cup beer
2 small onions, finely chopped

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium-low heat, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
