BUTTER SPREAD for Bread

5 tbsp butter, softened
4 tbsp margarine, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg plus 2 tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp white pepper and garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add seasonings to taste. Continue mixing and add parsley. Chill. Serve on bread.

NOTE: I usually make to logs and freeze one for later.
