1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or Monterey jack cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup cooked fresh or drained canned corn
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
Chopped jalapenos, garnish
Mix first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir in corn and chilies. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with chopped peppers. Serve on crackers.
