RUSTIC RUB

1/4 cup paprika
3 tbsp garlic powder and salt
2 1/2 tbsp pepper
1 1/2 tbsp ground red pepper and onion powder
1 1/4 tbsp dried oregano and thyme

Stir all ingredients in a bowl until blended. Store in cabinet up to 3 months. Makes 1 cup.
