ARTICHOKE AND VEGETABLE DIP

1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk
3/4 cup cheese and garlic Italian dressing
3/4 cup olive oil
1 can marinated artichokes, drained and chopped

Place egg and yolk and a food process and blend for several seconds. In a slow steady stream, pour dressing into machine while still running. Slowly pour in olive oil. Fold in chopped artichokes. Chill until ready to serve.

NOTE: This with have the consistence of mayonnaise.
