1/4 cup fresh chopped rosemary
1 tbsp oregano, garlic powder, salt and white peppercorns, crushed
2 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
Combine ingredient and rub into meat before cooking. Good for any meat.
