1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Whip all ingredients together until a smooth texture is achieved. Chill until ready to use.
Great for toast, pancakes, bagels, baked sweet potatoes.
