1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef-broth
1/2 cup diced onions
2 (8-oz) cans or jars small - whole mushrooms
1/3 cup Burgundy wine

Place the beef broth in a sauce pan and simmer the onion for 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and wine and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
