HOT SAUSAGE EGG CASSEROLE

3 lbs sausage, 1 hot and 2 mild
1 onion, chopped
2 green or red bell pepper, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups baking mix
3 cups milk
9 eggs
1 tsp salt
Pepper and garlic power, to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Brown sausage in a skillet and add to baking pan. Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Should be slightly browned on top.
