*TERIYAKI MARINADE*

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar or pineapple juice
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
About 2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp hot pepper sauce, optional
1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional
3 lbs favorite meat
Combine ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Add meat and turn to coat in marinade. Refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Grill meat over meat heat.
