TEX MEX MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 cup cabernet sauvignon wine
1/3 cup lime juice
1 cup hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp salt

Combine ingredients; mix well.

NOTE: Cover and marinate choice of meat in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight, then cook as desired. Any marinade that is unused and be refrigerated for several weeks. However, discard any leftover marinade that has come into contact with rat meat or meat juices.
