*PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE*

1 cup peanut butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 jar hot fudge
5 peanut butter cups
1 chocolate cookie pie crust

Cream together peanut butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla extract and milk and continue to beat until smooth. Slowly add confectioners sugar and mix well. Gently fold in 8 oz of whipped topping by hand.

In the pie shell, please a generous layer of hot fudge. Crumble 2 peanut butter cups and spread evenly over hot fudge. Layer with peanut butter mixture. Cut 2 peanut butter cups into quarters and place around the edges of the pie, ripple side up, to create a border. Top with remaining whipped topping and last peanut butter cup that has been crumbled. Drizzle with more hot fudge sauce.
