FROZEN PINK LEMONADE PIE

Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup butter, softened
Filling
1 (9 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 oz) can pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 375. Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown; stir once while baking. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping.
Using a spoon, firmly press remaining warm mixture into an ungreased 9 inch pie pan. Chill.
Filling: Combine ingredients and gently pour into chilled crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Freeze until firm.
NOTE: This pie will not freeze hard.
