3/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract and peppermint extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add next 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients gradually along with the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown on edges.
