2 whole chickens
24 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
1 lb bbq spice
3 cup favorite bbq sauce
Put two whole chickens in a gallon zip lock bag with the dressing. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove from bag and pay dry. Sprinkle with spice inside and out. Grill on indirect heat. Baste with sauce the last 20 minutes of grilling.
