BALI WINGS

20 chicken wings
1 cup soy sauce and pineapple juice
1/2 cu white vinegar
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp chopped garlic and chopped gingerroot

Place wings in a resealable bag and combine remaining ingredients then pour over wings. Cover and refrigerate 2-10 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and reserve marinade.

Preheat oven to 400. Arrange wings on a foil-lined pan. Brush with marinade and bake for 1 hour, turning wings and brushing with marinade about every 20 minutes.

Pour the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Continue to cook for 15 minutes or until thickened and reduced. Serve as a dipping sauce. Serve hot. Serves 10

NOTE: Can easily be doubled.
