SCRUMPTIOUS CHICKEN

Marinade
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon peel, grated
1 tbsp oregano
2 medium cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper

1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

Combine marinade in a shallow baking pan. Add chicken, coating on both sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once. Grill or broil chicken 4 inch from heat, turning once, 3-5 minutes per side or until completely cooked through. Serves 4
