1 (8 oz) jar Dijon mustard
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp dried rosemary and basil, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano and thyme, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper

Stir together in a small bowl and brush chicken, seafood, fish or pork during the last 15 minutes of grilling. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce up to 2 weeks.
