CHICKEN BASTING SAUCE

1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp flour
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar and salt
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning and Tabasco sauce

Melt butter and garlic. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add other ingredients. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Use to baste chicken pieces while grilling.
