GARLIC PRAWNS
Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled
1/3 cup oil
tsp tomato sauce
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp salt and cayenne pepper
1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove prawns from marinade; discard marinade.
Place shrimp on a cooking grate or loosely skewer and grill 6-8 minutes or until they are pink and opaque in the thickest part, turning once halfway through grilling time. Serves 4
