BARBECUED CHICKEN WITH HONEY MUSTARD GLAZE

4 chicken breast halves
4 chicken leg quarters

Marinade
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 cup olive oil and orange juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp dried leaf oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Glaze
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Place chicken in a shallow non-reactive dish. Combine marinade ingredients in a jar; shake well to blend. Pour marinade over chicken; cover and let marinate, refrigerated, for at least 6 hours or overnight. Turn chicken occasionally. Drain off chicken, reserving marinade for basting.

Grill chicken over medium coals for 45 to 50 minutes, brushing with the reserved marinade and turning frequently. Combine glaze ingredients and brush on chicken just before taking from grill
