VEGETABLE DIP III

2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese with chives, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Blend sin sour cream. Add next 6 ingredients. Spoon into a small serving bowl; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time. Serve with desired vegetables.
