Shelly's Recipe

CALZONE

1/2 lb feta cheese, chunked
1/4 lb cubed mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp chopped rosemary
2 tsp chopped basil
1/2 tsp ground oregano
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste, if desired
1 egg
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green or red bell peppers and onions
1 recipe favorite pizza dough

Combine filling ingredients and spoon into favorite pizza dough that has been cut into 6 inch circles and then sealing edges when folded over. Slit tops of dough to make steam vents. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
