BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place all the ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: 2 tbsp
