ASIAN CHICKEN WINGS

3 lbs chicken wings
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil and chili sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder and ground red pepper

Place wings in a resealable bag and combine remaining ingredients then pour over wings. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375. Arrange wings on a foil-lined pan. Brush with marinade and bake for 25 minutes. Turn wings and brush with marinade and bake 25 minutes longer. Discard remaining marinade.
