1 1/2 tbsp light rum
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger
1 lb hamburger
Combine first 4 ingredients and then add hamburger to blend. Shape into balls and bake at 300 for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Serve with toothpicks.
