ORANGE TOPPING

3/4 cup orange juice, strained
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp orange rind, finely grated

Mix together and drizzle mixture over warm cakes being careful no to let is soak into 1 spot. Allow cake to cool
