SHRIMP CHEESEBALL

2 (6-8 oz) pkg small frozen shrimp, fully cooked
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp hot sauce, to taste
Mayonnaise to moisten, about 2 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Chopped parsley

Thaw and drain shrimp well (press in paper towels to remove all water). Combine next 6 ingredients. Fold in shrimp and mix well. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap. Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
