1 1/4 cups prepared barbecue sauce
1 1/4 cups water
2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 lb potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
In a large saute pan, combine ingredients except potatoes; bring to a boil. Add potatoes; cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Serves 4
