CHICKEN RANCH BURGERS

1 pkg ground chicken
1/2 cup minced button mushrooms (about 2 to 3 large)
1 pkg ranch salad dressing and recipe mix (1 oz)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
4 hamburger rolls

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Form into 4 patties (patties will be wet). Place on a lightly oiled grill and cook over medium high direct heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Burgers are done when a meat thermometer inserted into the sides reaches 165 DEGREES or juices run clear and burgers back to the touch. Serve on hamburger rolls with your favorite burger toppings. Serves 4
