1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage link, cut diagonally into bite-size pieces
12 oz peach preserves
6 oz prepared mustard
Combine preserves and mustard in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add sausage and simmer 15 minutes longer. Serve hot from chafing dish. Serves 10-12
