CHICKEN TORTILLA ROLL-UPS

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped cook chicken
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 medium red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 pkg 10 inch flour tortillas

In a large bowl, combine first 10 ingredients. Spread 2 generous tbsp of mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving approximately 1/2 inch from the outside edge of the tortilla without the filling. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove wrap and slice evenly into 1 inch pieces. Discard the ends of each roll. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
