*TARRAGON GARLIC SHRIMP*

1 lb (21-25 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp dried tarragon leaves
6 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
In a large saute pan, place shrimp, herbs, spices and olive oil over the lowest heat setting. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat once shrimp whiten and become opaque. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serve with toothpicks or on toasted slices baguettes. Serves 6.
