COUNTY DRY RUB

1/4 cup paprika, salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder and lemon peel

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Close lid and shake to blend spices. Rub into beef, poultry, pork or fish as desired before grilling. Makes 1 cup.

NOTE: Rub this savory blend of seasonings into meat, poultry or fish before grilling. Double or triple the recipe so you can always have some handy in the cupboard.
