2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 pkg (8 oz) mixed baby greens
Place all ingredients except the mixed baby greens in a microwave-safe medium bowl. Microwave at 100% power for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir, then toss with the mixed greens. Serve immediately. Serves 4
