TEXAS-STYLE HONEY BARBECUE RUB

1/4 cup honey
4 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt, black pepper, ground mustard and chili powder

Rub choice of steak with honey. Blend spices and rub onto steaks. Let stand 20-30 minutes before grilling steaks. NOTE: Top sirloin is really good with this.
