1/3 cup dry red wine
1/3 cup olive oil
3 large garlic cloves chopped
3 Tb. Dijon mustard
2 Tb. fresh sage chopped
2 Tb. fresh rosemary chopped
1/2 tsp. dried pepper flakes

Mix all together and throw into a ziplock bag with whatever your choice of meat for the grill will be...place into the fridge and flip every hour or so.
